If you could put all prior posts aside for a moment, do you think the CPI and PPI formula are correct? If so, could you please share why you believe the formula correlates with housing in America. (I don't think it does, but am interested in learning your perspective.) Also, do you know the name of the person in charge of the formula? I would like to do a google search to find out if they have published any articles justifying why there is a divergence between American housing and America's CPI. Regards, Amy J
