Yes, it would make using foreign workers a little less attractive (so maybe reduce it some) and it would raise money that would directly go to American workers in the form of SS and Medicare...

Why is it Japanese use American workers to build their cars sold in America while Ford uses Mexican workers to build cars sold in America, yet Japanese auto makers do very well competing against us? Aren't they proving you can use American workers and still be competitive?
