I appreciate your comments on Outback versus Lone Star, but why do you like Outback more? Is it the atmosphere, price, quality, etc. etc? I have not been to either restaurant as there are none where I live, but I have recently purchased some shares in star. I looked at ossi as well, but star is clearly the better value based on fundamentals (net profit, earnings growth rate, pe, peg etc.). Personally I like Ruth's Chris, but they are not publically traded. Any comments on how star quality compares to Ruth's Chris? Happy trading
