You're right that there is no slam dunk in the ease of integrating the new products. However, many of the front office companies are doing that rather than taking the time to build their own products. There is probably a smooth integration story for every one that went bad.

Frankly, I'm guessing that since the cost of the acquistion is only about $7 million, the risk is lowered by the size of the relatively small purchase. If there is a greater risk, it is likely to be in the drain on resources you mention.
