Drug consumption in those countries is nothing like here. Sit down with Colombians there and they laugh about our programs and how we expect them to take care of our problems. Drug abuse will always exist. Some people will experiment and then quit, others will let it harm them but will recover, and then there are those that will let it destroy them. I would rather see that, which we already have going on, then to see the continuation of turf battles, crooks getting off without paying taxes at all, through this program, and of course all the violent deaths because of thugs are selling it instead of the Walgreens and Oscos of the world.
