Re: Rice is a scholar and Clarke is a liar. LOL!!!!!!!! Come-on now... don't try to tell me that scholars can't LIE! All she's gotta do is testify under oath (as Clarke did) to settle the question. What's she afraid of... a perjury charge? How will the public EVER know that she's not just spinning on orders from her boss... unless she swears to tell the truth?
