why did Lidak's stock price fall today you ask ??? well.... maybe because NASDAQ rules encourage the MMs to act as unprincipled thieving SOBs ?? what may have happened is that in Friday's flurry of buying the MMs sold huge amounts of stock short to supply the demand. a MM can create shares out of thin air - they don;t have to have any in inventory nor do they have to borrow them they just sell what they don't have :-) neat huh ?? they then buy them back at some later time to square the books. of course it goes without saying that they aren't going to risk losing any money on the deal so what they could do is artificially drop the bid price until they scare enough shares out of investors to square the books. even neater huh ? i doubt they're going to risk waiting for legitimate sellers to show up so they can cover their shorts ! NASDAQ is a den of thieves - not much one can do about it if one wants to play the game of course it's possible LDAKA has screwed investors over again and the MMs know something bad which we will only find out in due time
