Where does seperation of powers precluce making public info of such importance to the American public....where does in precluce Rice testifying under oath..... I promise you this..if the heat gets much higher Condi will testify but only after massive stonewalling and negotiations..... Doesn't that tell you something? The Bushies are hiding information they don't want public.... Clarke is telling the truth!!!!
