Further to the report in Stockwatch on June 24 1997, the company advises
that this private placement has been increased to 1,612,000 units for a
total of $403,000. The units will be comprised on one share and one two
year share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.25 in the first year and
$0.50 in the second year.
