Great, but I am serious, if you get there and if you find me a homesite or even a complete home that I like and can afford I will be your neighbor. There is always the chance you might come across a bigger piece of property then you wish for yourself, if so contact me, we could divide it. I would be happy with 2-3 acres if the land is usable and not just a sharp drop off (thats been my problem searching for mountain land, lots SOUND great till you look at them and then only enough space for a house and tiny yard with all else being nothing but a cliff!! I once found 5 acres of beautiful land in Townsend. GREAT VIEW of the mountains etc etc. But the 5 acres was too expensive and I couldnt split it with the seller. You and I could have cut it in half and both been happy, it was basically all flat on the top of a small mountain. jdn
