JDN, As long as you are not in a big hurry, we've got a deal. One thing though, I want to buy an existing house that was built when the construction methods were more reliable, and not as shoddy as those they are throwing up in the Tampa area.

I have been through building 3 new houses, and 2 factory buildings, so I don't want to have to build from scratch again.
