B: Teltronics Awarded $1.3 Million Dollar Order With a North African Government'
Ministry of Defense ( PRNewswire-FirstCall )

SARASOTA, Fla., Mar 29, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Teltronics,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TELT) announced a $1.3 Million dollar order with a
North African government's ministry of defense. The order consisted of twelve
20-20 IXP telephone systems and a complete monitoring system including an
IRISnGEN and twelve Site Event Buffers (SEBea). All equipment is scheduled to
ship within the second quarter of 2004.

The systems were purchased to provide a transparent network across the country
so local services are reachable to over 3500 subscribers. The users will have
availability to all basic telephone features and direct dial access to the ISP.

A North African procurement officer states, "With the purchase of the Teltronics
products, our subscribers for the first time ever will have a clean connection
to the ISP. We are happy that the systems will support our current load of up to
3,500 subscribers and can expand to approximately 120,000 and we have the
ability to enable VoIP in the future."

"With the reliable, Teltronics 20-20 networking capabilities and the added
security of the IRISnGEN and SEBea 24x7 monitoring resources, we are very
confident in meeting the demands of the North African government. This
significant order shows the fundamental strength and assurance that our
customers have in our Company and products," comments Ewen Cameron, President
and CEO of Teltronics.
