Do you know anybody who currently thinks that terrorism is primarily a law-enforcement issue? It's neither a law enforcement issue nor a military issue. It's both. Bush will be trying Saddam for war crimes and other crimes. Is this law enforcement or military action? Anybody with any brains at all can see that the war on terror is primarily an intelligence matter. Then we need to take the necessary action either military or law enforcement as needed. This whole law enforcement matter versus military matter is a nothing more than a divisive talking point coming from the RNC. The right tool for the right job. Bush is definitely the wrong tool for the job of fighting terror. Orca
