You could be correct, or he might have learned his timing methods from Howard. He could be like me, with stock options, I am always taking some money off the table, regardless of what I think the company's prospects are, because I have always got more options vesting by the month. At one company they kept granting me more options because they thought I did not have enough to entice me to stay,whereas my co-workers who were not selling were not granted anymore. I only posted the insider trading here, because I think it is only fair that we share both the good and the bad news,however trivial that news is.
