The pieces of information that they shook out of the agencies allowed them to foil Al Qaeda.

It is a pretty damned tough case to make when the Clinton administration was offered Bin Laden on numerous occasions and flatly refused to take him.

Mansoor Aijaz, who was coordinating the deal with Sudan, has been called to testify before the commission. He will tell them that Clinton could have had bin Laden on numerous occasions and simply refused it.

I have a feeling Clarke's testimony will be no match for Mansoor's...
