Offshoring doesn't seem to have accelerated in the past six years. It's just that the press has noticed it now that a republican is president.

I found the Heinz story interesting. They are laying off 1900 Americans in their tuna operations and outsourcing the jobs to Mexico and China. Ketchup Kerry is such a hypocrite.
