I finally got my Dell -- three weeks or so after I placed my initial order.

I had a person doing work on it over the weekend, and I understand it bluescreened. Well, I can get that figured out I guess.

I haven't bought as many PCs from them as you, Raptech, but I have bought several in the past year. I can say that the service this time around was the worst I ever encountered from them. One of the reasons I use Dells is because I have had such great experiences with the service. This time I felt like I was dealing with a completely different company -- getting bounce around from department to department, disconnected, put on endless hold, not having calls returned, no emails from them about my status, etc. I would have canceled the order and gone to Gateway if I thought they would be around in a couple of years.
