I lost 34 pounds last year -- the first 20 thru adkins, which took around eight weeks, and the next 14 through a pending divorce -- I think those 14 pounds disappeared in 10 days or so.

I highly recommend the adkins -- I would eat a ribeye steak and lose weight.
