Light hearted words from Art Buchwald. About Scalia going on a duck hunting trip with Cheney and refusing to recuse himself.

.....Not matter which way Justice Scalia rules, Cheney will not go to jail. But he may have to give up the minutes and notes of his meetings with American energy moguls. The decision would be a body blow to the gas, coal and oil industries that are so vital to the consumer's health and happiness.

This is why all of us want Scalia to take his seat when the arguments are held and ask the tough questions of the Sierra Club, who are the plaintiffs.

The other reason I am rooting for Scalia is that I am an avid duck hunter, but I would never stand in the same blind with him because I don't want him to think I'm gay.
