Nobody is saying cold fusion cannot ever be discovered. The point is it has not been discovered YET. Therefore, it is normal that no patents are being given out on the subject of cold fusion YET - a thought you seemed to have an issue with in this post:

you can't even get a cold fusion patent approved in the U.S., despite the fact that many have been issued in Europe and Asia

By the way, if that last part has any factual basis, I would be interested to hear about these "cold fusion patents" issued in Europe and Asia.
