And he has not succeeded since he himself is a scourge we need to deal with first. You know as well as I do that when two gangs start to fight then we have to neutralize one gang leader first and then go after the second gang leader. In Bush's case, we can remove him first by voting him out of office. Having done that we can then we can go back to building a "effective coalition" not a "big coalition". With this "effective coalition" we can come up with a "effective plan", a plan similar to what we started with in Afghanistan which Bush latter abandoned in favor of Iraq.
