I find it interesting that Brokerage Houses often rate a stock a buy, or similar rating, when it is near it's 52 week high. It seems that they have already missed a nice run-up for the past several months.

Oh well, these guys are finally catching up to what we already knew about C. If the market resumes it's upward bias, I would expect C to break out past the 52 week highs.
