Sorry that this idea didn't work. OE was a guess as you didn't specify the mail program of the recipient. Were you able to send attachments before? Have you checked the junk mail folder of Hotmail through the Web interface? I am not much acquainted with this service, they might have a default suspicion if an attachment is present.
