Malibuca gave you the solution for printing an area in excel. However, there is something strange or wrong to have a spreadsheet so large. I would do the printview for the current file, see where the numbers you have inputed end for columns and rows. then try and figure out why the spreadsheet thinks you want to see so much more. you may have scrolled down accidentilly, and put in a mark somewhere way out in left field. You might try making a copy of the file, then working on the copy to clear or delete all the rows and columns outside of the ones with numbers and text. 1200 pages is a lot, hope you have a fast printer.
