Jake, from what you have posted, there is no doubt, that there were beliefs, there were some suspicions that Saddam had WMDs.

Now it is the President and only the President who has all the resources at his disposal to make those beliefs/suspicions into something more concrete which is does he have it or does he not?

Instead Bush chose to unleash the death and destruction on Iraq based on suspicion and not "true hard facts". The President needs to act based on true hard facts and not on suspicions. And he cannot fall asleep on the job (repeat ten times).

Clinton on the other hand realized the importance of the office he held. He recognized the tremendous power he had as the President of the US to destroy the world since he has his hand on the nuclear button. All past Presidents have demonstrated that level of responsibility. This President has not and his continuing in office poses the threat of world extermination. The same that Hitler demonstrated when he started marching into Poland etc.

That is why I am against Bush. We cannot rely on him to make this world a safer place. He has not demonstrated his abilities to think a issue through. A President leads, not appropriate blame. Lt. Kerry knows that very well. He had people under his command. Their lives depended on his decisions. And part of the decision making process is to weigh all the options which to Bush who has never been in such a situations, has wrongly termed it as flip flop.
