In due natural course or if radicals overthrow Saudi Arabia?

On the latter, I think we would be up lock limit (whatever that is) about 4 days in a row, on the way to $60 quite rapidly, then we see how the administration handles it.

In due natural course, perhaps we get there anyway but it might take a couple years.
