There is nothing I can see where Kerry says HOW he will increase and enhance domestic energy sources.

It would be nice if we could desalinate the oceans as well, but talk is cheap. Showing a master plan, and a budget for the plan, is hard, but valuable.

It would also be nice if we could use solar energy in the dry dust beds of the world.

Again, talk is cheap. Let's see Kerry's plan for doing whatever he says he will do.

BTW...The Government does NOT create jobs, private industry does. Unless of course, you believe the Government actually creates wealth. Most of us know the Government does not create wealth*, but rather takes it from someone who has wealth.
* The exception seems to be that some IN our Government (i.e. Beers, Clarke, etc) appear to write books on Government taxpayers time, hoping to acquire wealth.
