Straddle seems to be good idea as AOL is unpredictable with going up. Do you think however that September give you enough time. Look at the not completed double top in December January. AOL went slightly under 50DMA but failed to complete double top and bounced back but truly started to go up one month later.

I am planing to sell my sep65p at $5-6 if it would not reverse tomorrow. To get $9 it would have to go below 60 which would mean completed double top. At this time I would reenter put.
