<Here are some hard core wholesale food prices that have inflated just during the past 10 weeks.>

This food inflation story hasn't been covered by anybody, just gasoline and maybe heating bills. Food inflation takes a bigger bite than energy ever would. This experience so far this year of predicting (correctly, IMO) and observing this come about is really something. Sure hasn't resulted in any big market winnings for me though. Watching these guys pile back into the same tired stocks and bonds, requires one to be a real glutton for punishment, as it looks like stupidity and blind trust in the Wizards gets rewarded. I wonder what the inflection point will be on this? I think you could drive these guys off the cliff and they would still be entering buy tickets.

I don't know how the Calf strike would affect the wages and salaries, or even if there are enough workers to impact the numbers much? The Monday (for Friday) report weakened some, but month end is tricky because you have cutoff days (15th and I believe month end, when I had employees I remember running up to the bank before the 15th)for reporting. My SWAG would now be 135,000., but I'd like to see tomorrow because it was a big number last year.
