SIDY finished .17/.19 150,000 vol. Below this post are the 2 quick posts i put out on their NT 10k. Now I have broken out the 4th qtr:

9mo rev was $2.7m vs $812k with a loss of $1m vs a loss of $1.9m. So definieley they were making progress thru the first 3 qtrs. Now, given the numbers in the NT 10k (below) the 4th qtr ending 12-31-2003 breaks out like this...

Rev $1.4m vs $163k

Net inc $718,000 vs loss of ($800,000)

You are welcome to do the math and see if I am wrong somewhere here...otherwise i think we have to say SIDY is well on their way to recovery. It is important to look over the www site and product/applications list...i think that in part explains why they had such a helluva recovery year:

scidyn.com

=========================================

SIDY for year 2003...$4.1m rev vs $950k, loss $282k vs $2.77m...i have put their product line up here several times...the new SIDY is geared for VOIP, gateways, etc....and their stuff is selling...i do not think this is a fluke by any means...a buy here seems easy call.

SIDY .16/.19...SIDY will be a little late w/their 10k...BUT...they say they will get it in next 14 days AND since the numbers changed you have to state so in the NT 10k...here is the narrative:
FROM NT 10K filed today...rev up 400%, losses down 90% to 280k: wow

The Company experienced significant changes in Sales results and operating
losses since the corresponding period for the last fiscal year. The
Company's net sales increased to approximately $4,108,510 for the year ended
December 31, 2003, compared to 975,473 for the year ended December 31, 2002.
As a result, the Company realized net losses of approximately 282,167 for
the year ended December 31, 2003, compared with losses of 2,771,090 for the
year ended December 31, 2002. These amounts represent approximately a four
fold increase in net sales of the Company and a reduction of net losses of
approximately 90%.
