I asked if you knew how many were working today vs when President Bush took office.

I went to the BLS (http://www.bls.gov/data/home.htm ) and looked up how many people are working.

Jan 2000 = 211,410,000
Jan 2001 = 213,888,000

Jan 2004 = 222,161,000

Civilian noninstitutional population

It sure looks to me that more are working today than when Bush took office.
