O'Reilly was pushing hard for her to be VEEP. Considering that she's never even run for dogcatcher, that's a stretch. I'm sure she's an intelligent person but she also seems particularly incompetent and poorly prepared for her job.

I'd say the same about Shrub but I don't think he's an intelligent person.
