What about Beijing and Shanghai ?

If you incorporate in China, you don't have to pay the 33% Chinese foreign excise tax, nor the USA corporate tax. And you can use options to "hire now, but pay later."

But if you incorporate in the USA, you have to pay more than 50% in taxes while your Chinese counterpart pays 3%.

Watch formerly USA companies reincorporate in China.

America only wants to keep the slow, mature dividend companies. Not the fast growing companies.
