I think that wireless capital spending worldwide is improving, which makes sense because wireless is still growing in some regions (India, China, USA) and has technology advancements in others (3G in Europe, Asia).

However, this has been pretty much the theme since late January. If things were improving rapidly (since January) there would have been some positive March Q pre-announcements (which I haven't seen).

As for the rest of NT's business, I don't think there is much there to get excited about. It may be better than last year, but nowhere near as interesting as some other areas of tech such as printing/imaging, cell phones, storage or LCDs.
