Warned after the close; I believe it's the first time Q has ever warned. Light on earnings and revenue.

Of course, the big boys did their best to get rid of their inventory first:

10:16am 03/01/04 [QLGC] QLOGIC STARTED AT 'EQUAL WEIGHT' AT LEHMAN BROS.

Should open below 40 today and since I think we pull back a bit the next week, entry in low - mid 30s may present itself in the future.
