He ignored the threat before 9/11 Clarke said the opposite in 2002. See my last post to Orcastraiter. .. in Iraq, he has no plan what to do. Uh, he appointed administrators who in turn recruited an interim Iraqi governing council. That council recently approved a new constitution. He's scheduled June 2004 as the turnover of sovereignity date. We are rapidly training new police and armed forces. Elections will be held next year some time. All in all, things are going about as well as one could hope. Well, at least I am happy to see that you regard the war on terrorism as necessary.
