Mike, This technology is from a WorldGate JV that Cox has with Comcast, Charter and Adelphia. It is several years old and worthwhile to note the original Comcast agreement with Gemstar came (with respect to the fact) that Comcast owns ~25% of this IPG JV. The Adelphia and Charter agreements also came after this JV formation. It was originally founded as a Gemstar-TV Guide alternative. We are about to get into the IPG 201-02 stuff which would explain Comcast's fronting well over $200 million to Gemstar in the new and expanded IPG licensing agreement. Regards Stew
