I have already posted the fact that I don't understand the need for or the method chosen for raising money. That said,I am willing to hold and see what evolves because the company has been right so often that to doubt their collective judgement at this time seeems premature. If WIND delivers earnings as forecast again this quarter,they will have met my expectations and I'll continue to sing their praises.I'm sure we'll get an adequate explanation sometimes soon--- maybe jerry @ wrs.com will make one of his infrequent visits and talk it over. I always enjoy it when he drops by. I know WIND seems pricey at these levels but it has certainly earned its price so far and I have no reason to believe it won't continue. Mitch
