Neil,

I sent an email to AMTC investor relations asking when they planned to inform shareholders of any profit building plans. They sent me a copy of the last two press releases talking about the most recent DFW traffic tag installation. Weak.

I'v held shares since 1990. It was fun back then, but now management seems completely lost. They are buying low margin technology companies in an attempt to bump revenues. That worked, but they are not making money, and seem to have no plans to mak profits in the future. At least the investment relations person had no clue. I guess I am concerned that Morteson doesn't either.

I'm damn disappointed in their management. And I have effectively 'written off' their stock from my portfolio, even though I can't sell it,
