IGLD made briefing today: 10:05AM Internet Gold rises on decision to enter telephony services, in sympathy with foreign ISPs (IGLD) 5.25 +0.51: Stock finding a bid this morning after announcing it will apply for an operating license to become an international carrier and add telephony services in addition to its activity as a leading ISP in Israel. Also contributing to the strength in the name is news this morning that Rediff.com India (REDF +47%) has entered a strategic alliance with Yahoo! to power the Yahoo! India shopping channel. This news is providing sympathy buying in other foreign ISPs such as SIFY +26% and PCNTF +8%. Guess that explains the pop to 5.64 ...unfortunately it's below my 5.22 entry now...carp! tuna
