Thanks Stew....As a fairly recent Tivo adoptee (my wife and daughter bought me a TIVO for Christmas) I now can't imagine how I watched TV before. I don't even watch that much TV (maybe ten hours a week of sports, news, entertainment)...but the IPG and the TIVO functionality makes picking what you MIGHT want to see so easy that I find myself recording lots of stuff, then just scanning through in the evening. As a result, I am seeing much more and getting only wheat rather than chaff...in less total time. But, you know all this. As to the phone IPG, the only way I see this having any use is if an "event" occured during the day and a person wanted to reach out to record it. Otherwise, TIVO or similar products grant ample time and flexibility to capture any potentially desired show or event.
