In 2004, the volume of maintenance on heating and electric equipment in AO MOSENERGO exceeded last year’s levels by 30%

AO MOSENERGO held a meeting at the Central Repairs and Mechanical Plant to review results of the maintenance works on heating and electrical equipment in 2003 and discuss 2004 plans. The meeting was attended by two deputies of the chief engineer - Dmitri Barshak and Vadim Zinakov.
In 2004, the volume of maintenance on heating and electric equipment in AO MOSENERGO exceeded last year’s levels by 30%, the participants pointed out. In particular, this year AO MOSENERGO has to carry out overhaul on 7 power units, 26 power boilers, 20 steam turbines, two gas turbine units, one hydro unit and 14 water boilers. In addition, the company will have to carry out overhaul on 370 grid pumps, 280 boilers, 22 generators and 30 transformers. The Company will also continue current maintenance on the rest of the equipment.
The participants in the meeting said that maintenance divisions will do their best to provide quality repairs within the established schedule. Contractors and suppliers of the new equipment will be selected by tender. |
