Yes, revenues are in US dollars and expenses are in the Mexican Peso. If the dollars gains in value against the Peso, that is good as expenses are cheaper to pay via the dollar revenues. However, if the dollar falls in relation to the Peso, the US dollars don't cover the mexican expenses as well.
