Henry I agree with your market makers comments... they are nothing if not corrupt and crooked.. For the sake of civility lets just say they are tricky. this particular trick is fraught with danger.. what most likely happened is just the opposite.. they were betting short and had to cover hence the uptick with volume. Now the shorts are or should be out so the stock trades as it normally does... Lidak put out a very conservative report and attracted little attention on a day which is considered one of the worst trading days in years.. The overall market is not aware that the company will comercialize the drug in a very short time due to the amount of previous work done. This is Bud's INSIDE track on the stock so eventually if this is true and gets around it won't be very long till we see additional buying pressure hit the stock. Sellers today may have been scalpers from yesterday selling to take what little profit was there we all knew this was a strong probability. End of quarter window dressing will also be interesting to see.. luis
