Gee haven't you heard about the numerous small businesses that have been created?

Where small businesses? Can you provide some link where I can catch up on this info. I am looking at the revenue intakes in the States and they do not indicate that small businesses have been created and as a result the tax revenues have gone up. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
