Brian, Funny, they never sued Whittington for making his $17.50 est. on Micron. -G- I get it. Bad estimates are only illegal if they are lower than consesus. -G- I think that sort of case will get thrown out of court immediately, but who knows. Now we have 30 states where they can arrest you for saying bad stuff about their agricultural products, so maybe free speech is getting more expensive. -G- MB
