And what I am saying is that raising taxes or being a liberal is not a taboo as some people are making it out to be.

What if Kerry has voted to raise taxes. Even Arnold, who ran on the promise of not to raise taxes is facing reality and is agreeable to raise taxes. So politicians like Bush cannot fool the people with those cries any more.

Bush Sr. "read my lips" is a prime example.
