Technically the stock has an Island Reversal which is very bearish. I don`t look at fundamentals at all. I am very technical by nature. I basically am short at 59.5 and plan to cover if the stock trades to 60.75. However today it traded below it`s trendline and below 58. I feel pretty confident now that it broke 58. Even though it closed higher, with a dow up 108 it only was able to eek out a 1/4 point gain. Acting weak at best. Regardless of the pe, it will trade lower probably at least to 53ish and test the gap at 53.625... However, I will only risk 1.5 points to make 6 that`s a good bet, Best of luck to you. Incidentally I posted on the INTC board recently my theory for dow 5400 by oct nov..... have a look chilling reasoning,.
