You can thank this %%$#$%^&&%% SarbannesOxley for causing all the NT 10k's and q's we are staring at...over 40% of my port filed late notices. I have NEVER like Sarbannes anyway but if these moronic individuals had given any thought to the duress they were causing thousand of small public companies...they are now forcing companies to file a 15-12g to allow them NOT to file (the whole idea was getting these companies TO FILE.....these IDIOTS)....they would have fashioned a S/O light version to mitigate some of the cost and time requirements caused by S-O. I have talked to a multitude of CEO's past 6mo who use language graphically describing their utter disgust with the requirements.

Small business is the engine that drives this nation....and creates jobs....about time for somebody to do a rethink.
