Gary, I noticed that as well. 10K Wizard is kicking out an awful lot of e-mails notices because of the NT 10K. Sarbanes Oxley was a mistake and an overkill reaction that should have never been applied to mid-cap, small-cap and micro-cap stocks. The object should have been to restore confidence in the market, and not to kill the market. Too many companies are going to the Pink Sheets to avoid the problem, but in doing so they only dig their hole deeper. The only satisfactory answer is a complete repeal of this mis-guided legislation.
